Whether in the field or in the office, Alliant Systems has made safety a priority since its inception. Committed to workplace safety, the company began taking steps in 2007 toward the Oregon OSHA Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP). By 2008, Alliant had met the mark and became part of the SHARP program. Through mentoring and coaching, all employees have a clear understanding of protocols for safety and know there is zero tolerance for deviating from set standards.
