CATHY MEYER

As General Counsel at Alliant Systems, Cathy manages a wide range of legal responsibilities, including corporate governance, contract negotiations, risk management, regulatory compliance, and problem-solving. Cathy is a key resource within the organization, providing legal guidance across various business functions to support the company's growth and strategic objectives.

Cathy holds a J.D. from Lewis and Clark Law School, with a certificate in Business Law, earned in 2013. She is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia and is actively involved as an Executive Committee member and Treasurer for the Corporate Counsel Section of the Oregon State Bar.

Cathy is particularly drawn to the supportive and collaborative culture at Alliant Systems. She appreciates the environment that allows her to do her best work while also acting as a resource for the team. Outside of work, she enjoys a variety of activities, including sailing (primarily racing), gardening, and tackling home improvement projects. She is passionate about food and enjoys exploring new culinary experiences, spending time with friends, and traveling to new destinations.
