Safe from Hate Jobsite Pledge


Alliant is a member of a local contractor coalition called the Safe from Hate Jobsite Culture Pledge which contains four pillars of focus to increase DEI awareness in the construction

industry. We can say in earnest that we are honoring each of the four pillar principles, including education. We are actively engaging with our trade partners, training centers and other industry stakeholders to locate, develop, and utilize new resources for education, including toolbox talks and onboarding training videos. Our desire to make a difference in the community is real, and we are committed to helping foster such change.

Jobsite Culture Pledge:

01.    We will enforce a zero-tolerance policy.

02.    We will implement and expand positive jobsite culture education on all our jobsites.

03.    We will continue to work with our community partners to support and recruit diverse talent.
