CLEAN BUILDINGS PERFORMANCE STANDARD (CBPS)
The BPS sets energy performance targets to reduce energy use and greenhouse gas emissions from existing large commercial buildings, and multifamily buildings. It is administered by the Oregon Department of Energy (ODOE) and is one of the first such programs in the U.S. It requires building owners to measure, report, and—if necessary—improve their building’s energy performance to meet Energy Use Intensity (EUI) targets.

The Washington State Clean Buildings Performance Standard requires that commercial buildings in Washington meet an energy performance target, make large capital investments, or be subject to substantial recurring penalties. Let Alliant Systems acts as your partner and guide to meet the required compliance.
