Alliant Systems is creating a new home that reflects our culture of innovation, collaboration, and craftsmanship and our commitment to the City of Portland. The company’s new headquarters in Goose Hollow will be located just .8 miles from our current HQ. Work is currently underway on the two-story renovation of the former Fortis Construction office near Providence Park, which will transform the building into a modern workspace designed for connection and creativity.
Alliant has selected Fortis Construction and Woofter Bolch to remodel the space, as both teams are familiar with the building and served as the contractor and lead architect when the building was renovated in 2018. Alliant Systems also has a great partnership with both Fortis and Woofter, highlighted by our joint project experience. Alliant is performing all mechanical, plumbing, and controls scopes of work for the project. The remodel reimagines circulation between the two floors while embracing daylight, comfort, and flexibility for the team’s continued growth.
Our new space is less than one block from Providence Park Stadium! Other neighborhood features include the newly refreshed Lincoln Park High School, MAC club, Hotel deLuxe, and multiple apartment / retail developments. Goose Hollow is already a great location and is slated to get even better. In addition to the great neighborhood, the new headquarters will have light rail access one block away and 75+ parking spaces for our employees.
We remain bullish on Portland, and are proud to continue our commitment to the city in which we live and work!
The office will be ready for occupation in Spring of 2026.
