Alliant provided complete Design-Build services for the Mechanical, Plumbing, and Wine-Making process systems for this new 50,000 SF wine production and tasting facility. Scope of design and construction included traditional HVAC services for kitchen, retail and wine tasting spaces, hot/chilled water plants and distribution for grape pressing and fermentation processes, and humiditycontrolled ventilation and CO2 relief systems for barrel aging cellars. All work was closely coordinated and detailed to match the high architectural aesthetics of this flagship facility. Alliant engineers and field technicians also worked closely with the wine making staff to develop efficient and resilient systems aligned with the unique process and conditioning required to develop world class wine.
