Alliant Systems provided design-build services for Airbnb Seattle’s 42,000 square foot office space, including HVAC and Plumbing for two floors of tenant improvement and pneumatic controls on VAV boxes and new splits systems for the 24-hour cooling spaces. The overall project was a buildout of downtown modern workplace environment to reflect true Airbnb listings from around the world. The office takes up two floors in the 8th + Olive building downtown and is located in the heart of the central business district and is within walking distance to Pacific Place, Pike Pine Corridor and South Lake Union.
