Alliant Systems is creating a new home that reflects our culture of innovation, collaboration, and craftsmanship and our commitment to the City of Portland. The company’s new headquarters—a complete two-story renovation of the former Fortis Construction office near Providence Park—will transform the building into a modern workspace designed for connection and creativity.

Partnering with Woofter Bolch Architecture, Alliant is performing all mechanical, plumbing, and controls scopes of work for the project. The remodel reimagines circulation between the two floors while embracing daylight, comfort, and flexibility for the team’s continued growth.

Key design transformations include:
• Eliminating the former main entry to capture space for new meeting and break areas
• Creating a new main entry and reception along the east side
• Adding a central staircase and skylight to enhance light and movement
• Incorporating new bathrooms, showers, and expanded conference and phone rooms
• Designing a common kitchen and break area with daylight and views

Once complete, the new headquarters will stand as a reflection of Alliant’s values—precision in craft, excellence in engineering, and a focus on people first.
