Beaverton Middle School

This new 175,000 square foot junior high school is a multi-level complex that includes space for administration, a media center, multi-purpose space, special education, art, science, computer, music, and general classrooms. This facility also contains two locker rooms, two gymnasiums, commons space, commercial kitchen, and service areas. The HVAC system has 13 air handling units, 38 exhaust fans, and three boilers along with 520 plumbing fixtures. The project was a 10-month duration Alliant Systems' scope of work.
