The Beaverton School District contracted with Alliant Systems to upgrade the HVAC and plumbing system within their Capital Center building, an existing single-story education facility and data center. HVAC and plumbing upgrades included adding seven new air handlers, reheat coils, boiler, new heating water system, and three new core restroom spaces. These new systems serve a new lab and classroom spaces and include fume hood exhaust, lab air, lab natural gas, and acid neutralization tanks at each sink. For the data center, Alliant installed three new Liebert air conditioning systems with individual water loops.
