Alliant Systems is proud to partner with Kirby Nagelhout Construction on a new, ground-up two-story educational facility for Central Oregon Community College in Madras. Designed to support hands-on learning and community engagement, the 24,000-square-foot building includes a commercial kitchen, day care center, and advanced lab spaces for future academic programs.

Alliant’s scope includes the complete mechanical and DDC (Direct Digital Controls) systems for the project, featuring:
• Packaged and split system heat pumps
• VAV terminal units
• Exhaust air valves for the Level 2 lab suite
• Electric heaters and exhaust fans
• Kitchen make-up air units and grease ducting
• An autoclave hood system with associated ductwork

This project showcases Alliant’s expertise in designing and implementing integrated mechanical systems that support energy efficiency, comfort, and safety in modern educational environments.
