Alliant Systems provided design-build construction for HVAC and Plumbing on these projects, located in Beaverton, OR. They consisted of over 300,000 square feet of design-build office tenant improvements and new construction. The updated facilities included a variety of high-end office spaces and amenities including commercial kitchens, break rooms, open office, conference rooms, common areas and restrooms. Additionally, the projects also contained mission critical server rooms, shower rooms, and espresso stations.
