The Technical Services Building (TSB) Project involves demo and build back of this confidential federal customer’s main office space and ‘fishbowl’, including flexible spaces for future growth, collaboration spaces, and open concept office spaces. Alliant’s scope consists of new plumbing and HVAC systems. Special design considerations were placed on the ‘Fishbowl’, a working server room for testing and operation of special systems used for keeping power on in the northwest.

Workforce diversity programs that Alliant participated in for the project included a COBID Participation & Partnership achieved goal of 24.5% and 21% Apprentice Participation for the Mechanical scope of work.
