Alliant Systems provided HVAC and plumbing installation for an 87,800 square foot confidential data center and office building in Hillsboro, OR. The facility boasts 6 MW of power and houses administrative offices, facility areas, electrical rooms, and generator yard. The HVAC system includes indirect evaporative cooling units, VAV terminal units, packaged outdoor air conditioning, and heating units. The restrooms utilize a rainwater harvest system to mitigate the city water usage.
