Eastside Exchange

The historic Eastside Exchange building, originally called Convention Plaza, was transformed in 2013 into an upgraded office and retail mixed use building. Alliant Systems performed mechanical construction for the building, including the shell and core improvements as well as the majority of the tenant improvements within the structure. The project was awarded a Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon Top Projects award in 2014 in the Renovations Category, and the building is certified LEED Silver. Tenants within the building include Cascade Energy, Pacific Coast Fruit Company, Holst, and the Technology Association of Oregon.
