This complex phased project transformed an industrial site into a revolutionary office and retail campus in northwest Portland. Alliant provided mechanical construction of a new pair of six-story office buildings totaling 304,530 square feet. Included in the project was 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 67,000 square feet of below-grade parking and a bike commuter lounge, which features locker rooms and spa-like shower rooms. The ground levels of each building houses spaces for retail, food service tenants, event spaces, bike storage, and reception areas. The projects are LEED platinum certified.
