Gresham High School

Gresham, Oregon

Alliant performed renovations and expansions of Gresham High School in both 2001 and 2018. Our scope of work in 2001 included construction of HVAC and plumbing systems for the new athletic facilities, including new basketball gymnasium, kitchen, cafeteria areas, and second floor classrooms. The 2018 scope of work included a classroom wing addition, auditorium, gymnasium, and administration areas. Work was done in an occupied building. Alliant installed 209,000 square feet of BIM-coordinated mechanical systems, including new boilers and pumps, fans and unit heaters, split systems, a make‐up air unit, and twelve large rooftop air handling units.
