Machine Works & LA Fitness + Natatorium

Alliant Systems provided mechanical design-build services for the shell and core Machine Works project in Portland’s Pearl District. This 220,000 square foot office building consists of four floors of office area above three floors of parking and a two-level fitness club. The building features an eco-roof, a structural steel frame, and metal panel skin. Alliant Systems also provided design-build services for the LA Fitness buildout within the Machine Works building, which included a Natatorium, equipment space, locker rooms and showers, and administrative areas.
