The North Eugene High School project, designed by Rowell Brokaw Architects and Opsis Architecture, is 216,150 sf testament to modern educational facilities. The school is designed for safety, security, efficiency and sustainability, and also supports 21st century learning with career technical education (CTE) spaces. Building elements include a new two-story commons which connects the courtyard, library, and performing arts wing. The high school also has elements to support student success including a counseling center, college and career center, preschool child development center, and career technical education classrooms. The CTE spaces range from wood and metal shops, digital media spaces, culinary arts classrooms, health sciences and early childhood learning.
