Alliant Systems provided plan & spec mechanical construction services on the $37.2 million PCC three-story, mixed-use development at Willow Creek. The center was completed in 2010 and earned a LEED Platinum rating thanks to several sustainability features, such as solar panels and water-efficient fixtures and landscaping.

The 100,000-square-foot building houses the Washington County Workforce Training Center, computer classrooms, 17 general purpose classrooms, testing center, laboratories, a wellness room, and a large multipurpose room for special events. The center is also home to PCC’s Computer Education and Community Education departments, as well as many other college programs such as high school equivalency classes, nursing assistant training, medical assisting and emergency medical services.
