Alliant recently provided design assist services for a new biology laboratory program on PCC’s Sylvania campus. The project involves complete demolition and build back of 20,000 square feet of the Science Technology building, including seven new laboratories, collaboration spaces, and open office faculty spaces. Our scope consists of plumbing, laboratory gases, and completely new HVAC systems to support the new infrastructure.

Alliant worked in tandem with PAE, Hacker and Lease Crutcher Lewis in developing the overall project scope as well as the construction methodologies to be implemented in the delivery of the project.
