Alliant Systems worked with Fortis on this design assist project for PSU. Alliant was responsible for the plumbing and mechanical fitting work. This project included a new gymnasium for the Portland State Vikings, a new pavilion, locker rooms, training facilities, restrooms, and multiple new concession stands. The building achieved LEED Gold certification which resulted in a 25% reduction in annual energy costs through efficient mechanical and lighting systems and a 46% water use reduction with water-saving flush and flow fixtures.
