This new three-story, 31,500 square foot medical office building is located in Bethany, part northwest Portland. Alliant Systems worked with Andersen Construction to complete the core and shell. Alliant Systems also provided mechanical construction for the tenant improvement projects within the core and shell, including a Providence Medical Group/X-ray suite and a Providence Rehabilitation Services suite. This project is just one of several Providence medical office buildings that Alliant Systems has provided mechanical design and construction services for in Oregon.
