Hamilton and Walton Transformation Project

The UO Hamilton and Walton Transformation Project consists of demo and construction of three new structures on campus, creating a new welcoming ‘front door’ to students and visitors. The project will be a phased replacement of the existing student housing and dining facilities and will expand the overall residential capacity of on campus. A new recruitment center and market hall dining facility will provide a variety of gathering spaces for the campus precinct. The project is slated to achieve LEED gold certification. Alliant Systems is providing mechanical design assist services for HVAC and plumbing.
