ALEX HOWELL

Service Sales Account Executive

As a Service Sales Account Executive at Alliant Systems, Alex Howell brings a diverse background in construction, mechanical systems, and service sales. With six years of sales experience, Alex has developed a strong understanding of customer relationships, project execution, and long-term service solutions across demanding industrial environments.


Alex began his career in construction as an estimator for a mechanical construction company in Louisiana, later transitioning into service sales in the Delaware Basin, where he managed maintenance contract sales for oil field operations across Southeast New Mexico and West Texas. These experiences helped shape his practical, solutions-oriented approach and gave him valuable insight into the operational needs of mission-critical industries.


He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Accounting from Southern Utah University and holds an Associate of Science degree from Weber State University. In addition, Alex is fluent in Spanish, allowing him to connect with and support a broader range of customers and partners.


Outside of work, Alex enjoys traveling, fly fishing, skiing, surfing, and hiking. He and his wife welcomed their first child in August 2025 and now spend much of their free time exploring the outdoors together as a family.
