Doug oversees Alliant’s safety performance, establishing and communicating best practices and standards. He also works closely with contractors, trade partners and owners to achieve excellence in safety performance across all of our projects. Doug has a strong background in policy and procedure best practices and enjoys coaching personnel to grow professionally. Doug specializes in crane and rigging safety and is instrumental in identifying and mitigating safety related issues and risks on project sites.
