JASON HADEN

Director of Preconstruction

Jason is a seasoned leader in mechanical construction with over 23 years of experience, playing a pivotal role in driving seamless collaboration across Alliant's preconstruction, estimating, and engineering teams. His expertise in leading cross-functional groups and ensuring alignment is key to maintaining the company’s high standards for quality and project delivery.


Jason’s extensive career includes leading successful projects such as the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) and the Energy Systems Integration Facility (ESIF) in Golden, Colorado, the OHSU Collaborative Life Sciences Building and Skourtes Tower in Portland's South Waterfront, and the Hyatt Regency at the Oregon Convention Center. His leadership has been instrumental in delivering complex, high-profile projects on time and within budget.


Jason holds a BASc in Environmental Biology from the University of Wyoming, along with both a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State University. Outside of work, he and his wife Lisa are passionate animal lovers and have dedicated time and resources to adopting and caring for special-needs dogs.


With a blend of technical expertise and leadership, Jason continues to make a lasting impact at Alliant Systems and within the Portland construction community.
