As head of Alliant’s compliance team, Jillianne Snow brings 10+ years of expertise guiding clients through complex challenges with clarity, creativity, & care. A Boston native now thriving in the Pacific Northwest, she blends her passion for sustainability with a growing expertise in building performance to help building owners confidently meet Oregon’s new Building Performance Standards mandates.

Jillianne’s hands-on, collaborative approach is rooted in the maxim that “non nobis solum nati sumus”. Whether crafting energy-saving strategies or uncovering hidden inefficiencies, she tailors solutions to each client’s unique situation all while being a delight to work with.

Outside of work, you’ll find her balancing on a paddleboard doing SUP yoga or geeking out over the latest in green tech. She’s energized by evangelizing the role today’s technology can play in shaping a more energy-efficient tomorrow- because if you can be one thing, be efficient.
