As Human Resources Manager, Kym handles talent management, recruitment, performance management, onboarding, policy and procedure development, organizational effectiveness, and benefits administration.

She also plays a critical role as a member of the DEI committee, helping shape the future of human resources to align with all organizational strategies, like making sure Alliant Systems achieves and promotes a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.

Kym is a Portland native who loves traveling, participating in Hood to Coast marathon, and volunteering at the Portland Food Project.
