Business Development Executive
Nathan is an Account Executive at Alliant Systems, where he works to build strong client relationships and secure a solid pipeline of major projects. He joined the team in September 2025 and brings 26 years of experience in the construction trades, with a background in electrical work and mechanical controls that fuels his enthusiasm for all aspects of MEP systems.

Much of his career was spent in field leadership supporting advanced technology clients like Intel and other regional high-tech leaders, navigating demanding instrumentation and controls projects that tested his abilities and built lasting partnerships he still values deeply. Nathan strives to stay approachable, collaborative, and open to others’ ideas, recognizing that the best solutions often come from teamwork. Outside work, he enjoys golf, snowboarding, camping, woodworking, travel, and time with his wife and six-year-old son.Â

He supports the trades by speaking with high school students through the NECA/IBEW Ambassador program, recently joined the ACE Mentorship program, and previously volunteered with Big Brothers/Big Sisters and the Sunshine Division. He is grateful to be part of Alliant and looks forward to contributing to the team’s success.
